While I am no chef, I like to think I am an adept home cook with an unbearable compulsion to consider every detail of a meal — from developing a specific flavor profile, to the dinnerware and lighting it’s presented with, through to creating an unexpected moment like an after dinner amaro. In the words of friends and family, I have no chill when it comes to food.

This newsletter will touch on all of this - from sharing recipes and things I’ve eaten, personal musings on food, and more. I plan to have weekly recaps of shared meals both in and out, preparations, and perhaps using dinner as a place to interview others who inspire me.
